For example, you cannot incorporate any of these terms into your business name, website domain, or imply any association with Tall Trees Profiles® beyond your licensed coaching status.
Prohibited Business Naming: You cannot use terms associated with Tall Trees Profiles® in your business name or website domain. For example, naming your business "Tall Trees Coaching" or using "Tall Trees Profiles" in a domain name is prohibited.

Marketing and Promotion Restrictions:

No Unauthorized Marketing: You may not use Tall Trees Profiles' name or trademarks to market or promote your own books, websites, or any other materials. For instance, you cannot state that your materials are "based on" or "from" Tall Trees Profiles® profiles.
No Resemblance to Official Materials: You may not design your website, books, or other materials to resemble official Tall Trees Profiles® property by mirroring their colors and fonts too closely.

Intellectual Property Protection:
